Submission Requirements:
- All submissions should be emailed to [email protected] with the subject “Model Submission – Your Name”. Include a short bio and previous work (if any) in the email body.
- Attach at least 3 low-resolution images in your email. Do NOT send zipped files or download links before your project has been accepted. Doing so will result in disqualification of your entry.
- Make sure that the pictures you submit are exclusive and unpublished. Pictures that have been already published on any medium will not be considered.
- If your entry is selected, you will be asked to send the high-resolution format of the submitted pictures in a zipped file (Cloud sharing is preferred). Photos MUST be sized accordingly in order to be published.
- Attach a credits list in your email in a readable Word or PDF document. List all management agencies, photographers, makeup artists, stylists, and every other party that was a part of the photoshoot (e.g. Photographer: Steward Brigham @ ABC Agency, Stylist: Christine Grey @ XYZ Salon). Also, give credits for the clothing pieces (e.g: Dress: DEF brand).
- Please double-check to make sure all information is accurate. InsiderLyfe.com will not be responsible for any errors as credits are published exactly as sent.
Selection Process:
We receive a high volume of submissions on a daily basis, which makes it impossible for our team to respond to every email. If you don’t hear from us, please know that your entry wasn’t selected due to some reason, including but not limited to:
- Your submission did not fully adhere to the guidelines.
- Your images did not match the current issue’s aesthetic or style.
- The quality and/or style of your images were not suitable for our magazine.
- We have already selected the cover page for the current issue.
InsiderLyfe.com reserves the right to accept or reject any submissions as we deem fit. The team’s decisions are final and we are not answerable to any party or authority for our decision.

If your pictures do not get selected for the cover page but you would like us to publish them under our ‘Style Spotlight’ section, kindly mention this in the email body.

By submitting your entry, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- If you hear back from our team, you are requested to respond within a week or your submission will be disqualified without any explanations.
- By submitting your work to us, you retain the full copyright to your images buy you hereby give us the right to publish them either on our website or in our magazine (with due credits). We will inform you before the pictures are published.
- Please note that a follow-up email does not guarantee that your submission will be selected. Our team reserves the right to change their decision any time before the pictures are published. We also reserve the right to take off any pictures published online for any whatsoever reason.
- Pictures that have been selected for publishing cannot be used on any other platform. Alternatively, any pictures published on our website or magazine can be shared but only with credits.
