Simon Guobadia and Porsha Williams were married only one year ago and had a small daughter. However, Williams filed for divorce last month.
According to court records, the couple occupied the house before their wedding. On November 11, 2022, they signed a prenup drafted by Guobadia’s lawyer.
Per the prenup, Guobadia had to leave the house within 30 days of filing the divorce papers.
On the other hand, Williams states that Guobadia changed the garage door locks and the codes, thus locking her out of the house.
Williams filed an emergency hearing request by court papers, claiming that Guobadia’s actions appeared to be intended to punish him for wanting to divorce him.

The reality star further claims that she learned on March 21 that Guobadia had “disabled her access to the gate of the Marital Residence, effectively blocking her ability to access her own residence.“
